About my Life with the Brown Barn Beacon
Everybody has a purpose in life, This is mine.
God has placed it on my heart to create a safe haven for those who have gone through life's challenges, and who need a place to rest. The Brown Barn Beacon Provides this and much more. In August of 2003, God told me to pack up all of my belongings sell my home in Minneapolis and move to North Dakota. Through blind obedience I sold my house in Minneapolis, and moved into a small hobby farm to start the task the Lord had set before me. This whirlwind of events all took place within 30 days, and I was completely unaware of what the Lord's plans were for me next. 12 years later, I now have a logo, website, blog, Instagram account and Facebook account for the Brown Barn Beacon. The Brown Barn Beacon is registered with the state of North Dakota as a Not for Profit Organization, and I am one step closer to having this organization be in full time operation. |

In the near future my goal is to rebuild the barn, to hold fundraisers for the Brown Barn Beacon, to be able to accept donations, to have individuals from the Anne Carlson Center, and senior living homes come out for day-visits, and open up the Brown Barn Beacon to the public.
